Booking Policies:

Management reserves the right to instill specific booking policies including nightly minimums, specific rates, additional fees, and booking stipulations.

Payment Policy:

  •  First payment due upon booking
  • Second payment due 60 days prior to arrival
  • Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

1st payment due upon booking. 2nd payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. After each payment deadline. the payment becomes non-refundable. For Long Term Rental Cancellation Policy, please contact the office.

Lost Key Policy:

A limited number of keys will be issued to each unit based on the unit size, all keys must be returned upon check out or a lost key fee will be charged to change the locks.

Arrival Registration Form:

An arrival registration form is required to be filled out upon arrival. Management automatically retains the right to follow the policies listed on the registration form by default.

Credit Card Authorization Form:

A credit card authorization form is required to be filled out upon arrival. This form is filed in the event of damages. The guest is contacted prior to charges being made.

Guests are required to be respectful of the property and amenities, noise ordinance, and the enjoyment of other guests.

Management reserves the right to enter a unit in the event of any emergencies.

Management reserves the right to refuse business.
